I ordered from downandfeathercompany.com and the shipping was just a headache. The tracking barely moved for days, then the delivery date kept changing with no real explanation. I kept checking like maybe I missed something, but nope, it was just all over teh place.
I finally emailed them to ask what was going on, and the reply took a while and didn’t really help much. The package did show up eventually, but way later then I expected. If I needed something by a certain date, I defintely wouldn’t order from them again.

"Slow replies and not super helpful"
Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they did, the answers were vague. I was hoping for a bit more help, haha. Overall, not the best experience

"Comfy at first, but the reminders got annoying"
The pillow felt really soft and nice when I first tried it, and the quality seems decent enough. After a few nights though, it just wasn’t giving me the neck support I was hoping for, so I kept waking up and having to adjust it. It might be better if you sleep on your back, but for me it wasn’t quite right. Shipping was fine and there weren’t any major issues, but I have to say the constant reminders to leave a review were aggressive and got annoying fast.

"Pretty impressed with this pillow"
I can’t remember every detail from when I ordered it, but I do remember noticing right away that it felt well made. The fabric has a nice sturdy feel, and the stitching looks clean and neat. Overall, it just seems like a good-quality pillow that was put together with care

"I ordered from Down & Feather Company because..."
I ordered from Down & Feather Company because I was trying to find a pillow that wasn’t that usual too-flat or weirdly overstuffed kind of thing.
The custom options helped quite a bit, and the one I picked ended up being more or less the right fit for how I sleep. Took maybe a night or two to get used to, but after that it felt comfortable.
I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because the choices were a little confusing at first, at least for me. But the pillow itself feels nice, seems well made, and overall I’m happy with it
